1Beschluss von Rat und Volk; die Kekropis hatte die Prytanie inne; Mnesithe-
2os war Sekretär; Eupeithes war Vorsitzender; Kallias stellte den Antrag: - - -
3- - - aus Marmor sowie die goldenen Nike(statuen) und die Propyläen - - -

5- - - gemäß dem, was beschlossen worden ist, und die Akropolis - - -
6- - - und Restaurieren, unter Aufwendung von zehn Talenten
7jedes Jahr, bis die - - - und restauriert ist auf das schön-
8ste. Verantwortlich sein für die Arbeiten sollen gemeinsam die Schatzmeister und die Vorsteher.
9Dass den Plan der Bausachverständige anfertige wie bei den Propyläen; die-
10ser soll Sorge tragen zusammen mit den Vorstehern, dass die Akropolis auf das beste und preis-
11werteste die Akropolis - - - wird und das restauriert wird, was nötig
12ist. Dass man die übrigen Gelder der Athena, die sich jetzt
13auf der (Akro)polis befinden, und welche künftig hinaufgeschafft werden, nicht verwende oder
14ausgebe von ihnen für irgend etwas anderes als hierfür über zehntausend Drachmen,
15oder für eine Reparatur, falls etwas nötig ist; für keinen anderen Zweck hingegen verwende die Gel-
16der, sofern nicht Straffreiheit das Volk beschließt in gleicher Weise wie wenn beschlossen wird
17über eine Sondersteuer. Wenn jemand beantragt oder abstimmen läßt ohne (vorher) be-
18schlossene Straffreiheit, die Gelder der Athena zu verwenden, soll er ausgesetzt sein
19denselben (Strafen), wie wenn er beantragt oder abstimmen läßt, Sondersteuern zu erheben.
20Dass für alle Götter während des Jahres verwahren die einem jeden geschuldeten
21Gelder die Hellenotamiai bei den Schatzmeistern der (Gelder) der Athena. Wenn
22von den zweihundert Talenten, welche das Volk beschlossen hat für die (Rück)zahlung
23an die anderen Götter, das geschuldete Geld (zurück)gezahlt ist, sollen verwaltet werden
24die Gelder der Athena im rechten Teil des Opisthodoms sein, die der
25anderen Götter im linken.  vacat
26Was von den heiligen Geldern nicht abgewogen oder nicht abgezählt ist, sollen die
27jetzigen Schatzmeister zusammen mit den vier Behörden, die vorgelegt haben die Ab-
28rechnung von den Panathenäen bis zu den (nächsten) Panathenäen, alles was Gold ist
29oder Silber oder vergoldet, abwiegen, das Übrige abzählen - - -

8possible. Let the work be overseen jointly by the treasurers and [the superintendents;]
9[and the plan] shall be made by the architect of the Propylaia. Let
10him supervise with the [superintendents?] so that the acropolis
11is - - - in the best and [cheapest?] way and that [what is necessary?] is repaired or completed or fitted out.
12The other monies of Athena, what is now
13on the acropolis and whatever may be brought up in future, shall not be used or [have]
14[expenditure made?] from them for any purpose other than these, above ten thousand drachmas,
15or for repairs or completions or fittings out if any are needed. The monies shall not be used for anything
16else unless the People vote immunity as when they vote
17about capital tax: if anybody proposes or puts to the vote when
18immunity has not been voted that the monies of Athena shall be used, let him be 
19liable to the same penalties as when somebody proposes or puts to the vote that there shall be a capital tax.
20Payment to [all] the gods each year of what is due to each shall
21be made to the treasurers of Athena by the Greek Treasurers.
22When from the two hundred talents which the People voted for repayment
23what is due to the other gods has been repaid, let the treasures of Athena
24be kept on the right in the Rear Chamber and those
25of the other gods on the left.
26As for those of the sacred treasures which are unweighed or uncounted,
27let the current treasurers with the four boards of officials which gave account
28from Panathenaia to Panathenaia weigh those of them which are gold,
29silver or gilded silver and count the rest - - -
