1Diomedon hat geweiht dieses Heiligtum
2dem Diomedonteischen Herakles; er weihte aber
3auch die Gasträume in dem Garten
4und die Unterkünfte und Libys und dessen
5Nachkommenschaft: sie sollen frei sein, wenn
6sie das tun, was vorgeschrieben ist. Sorgen sollen
7die Mitglieder des Kultvereines dafür,
8dass diese immer frei bleiben und keiner
9ihnen Unrecht zufügt. Darbringen sollen die Opfer die
10Nachkommen des Diomedon und jeweils deren
11Nachkommen. Haben sollen Libys und die Nachkommen des
12Libys den Garten in Pacht, - - -
13- - - um soviel es angemessen zu sein
14scheint; den Pachtzins sollen sie zahlen im
15Theudaisios am - - -, damit er zur Verfügung steht für
16das Opfer am sechzehnten und siebzehnten

84Heiligtum; noch als Abstellraum zu benutzen das
85Bettenzimmer in dem Heiligtum noch die Wandelhalle,
86außer wenn Krieg ist. Wenn aber jemand aus der
87männlichen Linie den Mitgliedern des Kultvereins
88Mangel zu haben scheint an eigenen Mitteln, um seine Hochzeit
89auszurichten, soll er die Hochzeit ausrichten im Monat
90Petageitnyos: am sechzehnten das gemeinsame
91Essen, am siebzehnten die Verteilung,
92damit das Opfer für Herakles begangen wird in
93traditioneller Weise, am achtzehnten die Versammlung,
94und an den übrigen Tagen soll die Hochzeit
95stattfinden. Das Lager und die Götterbilder
96für Herakles sollen an dem Ort
97verbleiben, bis die Hochzeit gefeiert
98worden ist. Man soll von den Opfern soviel,
99wie gut zu sein scheint, dem Gott weglegen
100für den Opfertisch; alles übrige, bestimmt für die Bewirtung
101der Mitglieder, soll der verwenden, der die Hochzeit ausrichtet.
102Überlassen soll auch der Priester seine Ehrengaben bei Hochzeiten
103demjenigen, der die Hochzeit ausrichtet, indem er acht Drachmen
104aus den Einnahmen nimmt. Und die Inhaber der (beiden) Häuser
105für Männer und für Frauen
106sollen bei Hochzeiten die Häuser
107zur Verfügung stellen mit Ausnahme der Räume für das
108Abstellen des Mobiliars; der Inhaber des Männerhauses

120Ich habe auch gestiftet zwei Leuchter,

126ferner zwei Keulen, drei vergoldete

131einer sich erdreisten sollte, irgendeine von den
132Verfügungen des Diomedon zu beseitigen
133und dabei an den Opferfeiern und an den
134Vorfahren frevelt, über die
135geschrieben ist auf dem Altar und auf
136der Stele, sollen dies nicht zulassen die
137von Diomedon
138abstammenden Kinder und ihre
139Nachkommen, sondern den Opferfeiern
140und den Ahnen helfen.
141Die Versammlung sollen die Opferdiener
142für den kommenden Tag einberufen und
143dabei diejenigen hinzuziehen, die ihnen
144genehm sind. Opferdiener sollen wählen

146Nachkommen. Wenn aber einer von nachweislich unehelicher
147Herkunft als Mitglied des Kultvereins überführt wird,
